Treat yourself to a foot mask!

Whether it is a mask that peels, moisturises, or gives you a healthy glow, we generally associate a mask with our face. Did you know that a mask could also be used for foot care? More and more brands are making new types of foot mask, but you can also make one yourself.

How to make a homemade foot mask

It’s easy to make a foot mask in your own home. You just need two ingredients: butter and a bunch of grapes. To begin with, puree the grapes, but not too fine, so that the mixture stays thick. Pour the puree into a bowl and dip your feet into it. Scrub your feet with the puree for exfoliating foot care. Then, take your feet out of the bowl and let the puree dry for 15 minutes before massaging your feet in a circular motion. Then, massage your feet one more time with the softened butter to soften the skin after the mashed grape scrub. Leave them like this for a few minutes and then rinse off the mask.

Foot mask: try the many different kinds

When searching for a foot mask, you will find that there are many different varieties, and you need to choose which one is best for your feet. For example, you can try a mask for damaged feet at the end of winter or in summer. It can help you to have beautiful feet throughout the summer while repairing dry, cracked heels, and to prepare your feet for the onslaught of boots! Your foot care can also include a refreshing mask that you apply to the soles of your feet. Let it penetrate for a few minutes before giving your feet an exfoliating massage followed by a thorough rinse. There are also moisturising and regenerating masks. The choice is yours!
